Elevate Women 2024 Spring Retreat

We invite you to join us, Nanette Gingery, and Tammy Kelch, Licensed Mental Health Professionals and Life Coaches, for our kick-off live event, Elevate Women. This is a one-day retreat that will provide a space for you and other women to learn and grow, gaining the tools to move confidently into your best future. Experience a day of hope, encouragement, and connectedness.

During this one-day retreat, you will connect with your authentic self and others while learning more about your true gifts and how to elevate your gifts and talents in your daily living! We are excited to provide the opportunity for us to grow together and create a lasting community of women uplifting women!

We all have hopes and dreams! Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a group of like-minded women supporting you, encouraging you, and helping you tackle the things that hold you back? Isn’t it time you create the life you desire? This one-day retreat will provide a light breakfast, followed by two morning break-out sessions, lunch, and two afternoon break-out sessions. Our day will continue with an evening adventure!

*Seven Continuing Education hours can be given for LMHPs and LIMHPs.

Concerns that are commonly felt by women are anxiety, parenting, stress, self-care, career, caretaking for family, poor sleep, poor diet, grief, addiction, divorce, adult children, and trauma. (These topics will be options that will be an option for you to be able to address within the Elevate Women Community.) We will talk about how we can be a resource for these, and other topics at the retreat.
